Included
in your R.O.Writer Shop Management investment is either
on-site or remote installation and initial training support
and/or a combination of both,
the choice is yours, although we may make specific recommendations
based on your final R.O.Writer configuration. You can expect
us to spend from
12 to 20 hours of setup and initial
orientation of
the base R.O.Writer Software, with
additional
ongoing online
training meetings covering updates, additional modules and
interfaces. Not every session will
be the same, we understand individual shops have different
installation and training needs and will tailor the sessions
to fit those individual differences. We
can also provide custom training sessions tailored to
individual shop preferences either on-site or remotely, please contact us with
any questions or requests.
